Syracuse is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Syracuse follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I took the vehicle for a 10 am appointment on Saturday June 27th.. The gentleman at the desk, Bob, said it would take 1 1/2 hours, 2 hours the most, for the four tires to be installed and aligned. I gave him my cell number to call me when it got completed. I came back two hours later at noon. The vehicle was still inside untouched. When I asked him about the status he said I haven't checked on it yet. He went in 5 minutes later and came out to ask me if I knew where the key was to remove the nuts on the tires. I told him I was disappointed that he did not contact me to ask me that question two hours prior to that. After another two hours my Range Rover was ready. I had recommended mr tire to my family before this experience but I shared my bad experience with them and hope no one will go there. I certainly won't. You need a better person at the front desk.

Rob was very nice and very helpful. He explained things in a way I could understand, and was patient when I needed him to repeat things a couple of times before I got it. I was shocked how quickly they could get it done. I needed new pads and rotors on both sets of brakes, and new calipers too on at least one. I thought it would take a week just to get parts, but they had the whole thing done within a day! I donβt know enough about any of this to comment on the price, but according to google it seems reasonable. I know Rob did everything he could to minimize my cost without sacrificing safety. My car rides like butter now. When I first pulled out of the parking lot I thought there was something wrong with it because it was so quiet and glide-y, but no, it operates great. Iβve just never had brand new brakes before! I didnβt even know cars could be like this! They treated me right, and Rob was a great person to have in my corner when I was so confused and overwhelmed. Thanks pals!!

Well I went to get an estimate on brakes. It was astronomical. He said he went thru the car to see if anything else was wrong. He took out filters. The person that owned the car was 85 and was very meticulous. He has no trees around his home but the cabin filter was full of leaves and maple seeds and dirt. I should have had him show me. But he came up with I had a nail in my tire, $20 for valve stem, must be made of gold. I took it to my place that I get free tire fixes and 2 people looked over all tires could find no nail all the way thru. So $1,300 is a bit too much to slap on pads and rotors all around. Iβm 67 a woman and use to change them myself. And the last time my mother in law was there, they got her for $80 for wipers. They scared her. I donβt think it was this guy though. I know about cars, Iβm not a stupid girl, but they were treating me like that. Like your brakes are so bad, I donβt think you should drive it, itβs so bad, donβt hit any potholes it will fall off and you will be in trouble. I donβt get scared. I drove18 wheelers and I have a very nice corvette so I know about cars. And no coupons or rebates that he knows of. Well I do think there are some. I felt like

I believe the mechanic knew what he was doing. Unfortunately, everything else was wrong. They drove my car from the shop I took it to (Mr. Tire on Erie Blvd) to another shop (Monro near Walmart) without telling me! Then they wanted to charge $375 for a $40 part. Thatβs not labor, just the part. I spent 5 hours and didnβt get my car fixed. I took my car to the Mitsubishi dealer and got it fixed for less. Not good!

Came here today on a Sunday before Labor Day. Honestly, I expected the employees or managers to be cranky since itβs the weekend and right before the holidayβbut not at Mr. Tire. I called around 1:22 PM asking if they could swap out my flat tire (I already had the new tire with me). The gentleman on the phone told me to come right over and theyβd take care of it ASAP. As soon as I arrived, they took my vehicle in right away and told me it would be ready in about half an hour. My family and I walked around some nearby stores, and sure enough, less than 30 minutes later the car was ready just like they promised. Very affordable, very friendly employees, and a professional manager. Highly recommend coming here for any auto service needs.
